What I’m About

I work with my clients on Knowing Their Worth, whether they are creating a financial plan, negotiating compensation, maintaining work-life balance or setting expectations in a relationship. Your worth is more than the number on your bank statement and there is a direct relationship between your success and the value you place on yourself. I help my clients redefine personal finance on their own terms, to look beyond face value and fearlessly ask for what they want. It is time to go beyond the status quo and live the life you have imagined.

Meet Ashley

It is my mission to empower people to break out of the status quo and live the life they truly want. Believe me, it takes guts and no one can do it for you. I was an investment banker, working long hours, making the big bucks but at the end of the day I had nothing saved to show for it. Why? I was spending to make myself happy. C’mon I work so hard, I deserved to splurge on myself, right? Did it work? Nope! I was exhausted, out of shape, and lost touch with my friends and family.

With the help of a life coach (see… this stuff really works!), I have spent the last period of my life challenging my own status quo and crafting an authentic vision for myself aligned with my passions, values and priorities. Through making conscious choices, rather than going with the flow or with whatever everyone else is doing, I have learned to ask for what I want and to negotiate, rather than accept what’s given. And surprise… it works! I have more energy, my career is flourishing (by fulfillment and compensation standards!) and my relationships are stronger than ever.

As you can tell, I’m passionate about this! I’m so passionate about my mission that I have decided to dedicate my life to helping others do the same. I am a certified life coach, specializing in personal finance and leadership coaching as well as an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (click here for more on the energy leadership index assessment). I also started my blog, The Fiscal Femme, to empower young women with personal finance knowledge in a fun and accessible way. Additionally, I enjoy guest writing about personal finance for other websites. I have worked in the financial services industry for over five years: first as an investment banker and more recently in corporate finance. I graduated with a BS in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. To learn more, click here and fill out the form in the sidebar to meet with me for a free consultation!
